Hard Body Labs was built from more than fitness. It was built from adversity.
Founded by Sade Abate, a U.S. Navy Veteran, bodybuilder, and entrepreneur, the meaning behind Hard Body comes from a lifetime of learning how to keep moving forward.
Born in a refugee camp in Sudan after his family fled Ethiopia, Sade came to America and eventually grew up in Poindexter Village in Columbus, Ohio—one of the earliest public housing developments in the United States.
In his mid-teens, Sade moved to Colorado and began working out. What started in the gym would eventually become a way of life. Training taught him discipline, consistency, and one lesson that would ultimately define the brand: building a hard body starts with building a hard mind.
That mentality followed him into the U.S. Navy and became even more important after becoming disabled during his military service. Rebuilding physically meant rebuilding mentally, too.
Those experiences became the foundation of Hard Body Labs and the philosophy behind everything the brand represents:
A HARD BODY IS A HARD MIND.
Hard Body isn’t just about muscles or what you see in the mirror. It’s about discipline. Resilience. Getting back up after life knocks you down. Doing the work when nobody is watching and continuing forward when quitting would be easier.
We create clinically dosed, transparently labeled supplements for people who demand more from themselves.
No gimmicks. No shortcuts. No soft mentality.
For the underdogs.
For the relentless.
For the people who refuse to quit.
A HARD BODY IS A HARD MIND.
BEST OR NOTHING.
Welcome to Hard Body Labs.
